2011 Convention
David Rule thanks Mark Henderson of S&S Tractor Parts for his help and dedication to NYLICA The annual convention was again held at the Ramada Inn in Syracuse, NY. The Convention opened with a welcome from President David Rule. Capital Bauer Insurance sponsored the day that was all about Safety. Scott McKenna of Catamount kept all entertained during a Safety Seminar in the morning. Dominick DeSimone a OSHA Compliance Officer was there for a seminar on Trenching & Excavating Safety. There was a Board of Directors Meeting on Wednesday, The Hospitality Room was opened after the delicious dinner to catch up with old friends and associates
